Kids Go Free to Domo IMAX at Tijuana Cultural Center!
Step inside La Bola, the iconic spherical Domo IMAX at Centro Cultural Tijuana (CECUT). Part of the cultural center since it opened in 1982, the Domo IMAX is the only IMAX theater in Tijuana and one of the city’s most recognizable landmarks.
The circular theater surrounds audiences with a giant panoramic image, creating an immersive experience for kids and families. Over more than four decades, the Domo IMAX has presented films exploring science, nature, history, culture, and the world around us.
Beginning October 23, 2026, families can experience the grand premiere of Searching for Life in Space, taking audiences on a journey beyond Earth and into the search for life elsewhere in the universe.
The Domo IMAX is located at CECUT at Paseo de los Héroes 9350, Zona Urbana Río, 22010 Tijuana, B.C., Mexico.
