Kids Go Free to Galerías de Tijuana at IMAC!
Located in Tijuana’s historic Antiguo Palacio Municipal, the Galerías de Tijuana, operated by the Instituto Municipal de Arte y Cultura (IMAC), offer several spaces where families can discover local, regional, national, and international art.
The Galería de la Ciudad is IMAC’s primary exhibition space, presenting contemporary and historical art exhibitions. Galería Espacio 5 provides a more intimate setting for special visual arts projects, while Galería Urbana brings art into a public, street-facing space where it can be experienced by the broader community.
Together, the galleries provide an opportunity to experience Tijuana’s creative community and discover changing exhibitions throughout the year. Admission is always free. Some classes, workshops, programs, special events, and other activities may have a separate fee.
