Current & Upcoming Exhibitions
Morrie Camhi: The Jews of Greece (On View through January 22, 2024) Morrie Camhi: The Jews of Greece exemplifies Camhi’s commitment to connecting with his subjects and creating a visual story with his subjects. Explore poignant portraits by Camhi of Greek Jews who survived the Holocaust and helped Camhi explore his own Greek Jewish identity. Motivated by learning more about his heritage, Camhi captured individuals and a way of life that was fast disappearing.
James Balog: Photographs from the Anthropocene (On View through March 10, 2024) For four decades, James Balog has studied ancient cultural assumptions about the relationship between human nature and the rest of nature. His photographs reveal nature’s dazzling beauty and its capacity for destruction. See stunning examples of his work from the past forty years in this exhibition, divided into five sections—Survivors, Techno Sapiens, Altering Earth, On Fire, and Vanishing Ice.
Exploration: 17th Annual Youth Exhibition (On View through April 21, 2024) Experience a showcase of creative perspectives from local youth artists in the 17th Annual Juried Youth Exhibition, Explorations. This year’s theme inspires a visual exploration of the depths of our imaginations, our individual essence, and the recognition that we can all write our own adventures. The featured youth artists remind us that exploration has no limits and no end goal, but is an intentional journey of discovery with eyes wide open.
